Alex Dugan joined the firm in 2011 as an associate in the Nashville office. She is a member of the Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Distressed Investing Practice Group. Alex received her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law, where she served as a Notes and Comments editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Alex is a regular monthly contributor to the Norton Bankruptcy Law Adviser.
