She is a registered patent attorney, and her cases have involved patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, government contracting disputes (including bid protests), domain‐name disputes, breach of contract, employee disputes, and restrictive covenants. She has experience prosecuting patent, copyright, and trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. Copyright Office, and has litigated many inter partes trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
