Aron Beezley is an associate with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, focusing primarily on government contracts and construction law. Mr. Beezley’s government contracts experience includes representation of government contractors in a variety of industries in all aspects of the government contracting process, including negotiation, award, performance and termination, and particularly in the litigation of contract claims and bid protests before the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the Boards of Contract Appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Beezley worked as an associate at a premier boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., where he focused primarily on litigation in the area of government contracts law. Previously, Mr. Beezley also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Susan G. Braden at the United States Court of Federal Claims, where he assisted in handling a variety of cases in the government contracts context. While in law school, Mr. Beezley served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William McCurine, Jr., at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
In addition to his extensive government contracts practice, Mr. Beezley co-authors for a federal construction publication a semi-monthly column on legal issues affecting small, disadvantaged and veteran-owned businesses.
Mr. Beezley is a native of the State of Colorado.
