Two Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP attorneys will play prominent roles at the 2012 International Council of Shopping Centers U.S. Law Conference in Orlando on October 24-27.
Partner Ann Peldo Cargile is serving as Chair of the 2012 conference, and has been regularly featured as a speaker in past years. Ms. Cargile was closely involved in the programming for this year’s conference, which will cover such topics as lease negotiation, financing, insurance, and center-management.
Associate Johanna L. Jumper will be a featured speaker at the conference, leading a discussion entitled “The Doctor is In: Unique Considerations for Medical Leases in Shopping Centers.” The presentation is based on Ms. Jumper’s experience representing a growing number of medical services companies opting to locate in shopping centers in order to better serve larger populations.
