Austin McMullen, a partner in the Nashville office, was recently appointed by Governor Bill Haslam to serve on the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. The Commission licenses and regulates professionals in the real estate industry, setting standards for licensee requirements, professional education, and codes of conduct. McMullen, who is also mayor of historic Oak Hill, will serve as a consumer member on the Commission.
