Ben handles a variety of intellectual property litigation matters. He prosecutes and defends cases involving copyright, trademark and trade dress infringement claims. Ben prosecutes and defends trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Ben also handles domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.
In his commercial litigation practice, Ben represents individuals and businesses in contractual disputes in state and federal court and before arbitration panels. Ben also handles cases involving allegations of corporate oppression and fraud. Many of Ben’s commercial litigation matters involve real estate transactions and land ownership disputes. In addition, Ben handles landlord and tenant disputes, breach of contract cases and, more recently, claims arising out of the provision of relocation services. Ben also handles construction disputes involving large commercial projects and condominiums.
