Patricia Head Moskal, an attorney with the Nashville office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, has been appointed by Governor Phil Bredesen to serve as a member of the Tennessee Judicial Council. The Judicial Council studies recommendations for changes in state court rules and procedure, reviews proposed legislation referred to the Council, and addresses matters concerning the state's judicial system. Moskal's appointment is for a four-year term.
Moskal is a partner with the law firm of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, formerly Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry, PLC. Her practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, appellate litigation, and state and local tax litigation. She graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law, with highest honors, in 1985.
