Bradley Arant Boult Cummings partner Brooks R. Smith has been elected to serve a one-year term as Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Real Estate Section. The Tennessee Bar Association is a strictly voluntary organization dedicated to enhancing fellowship among its members and furthering professional development in the state’s legal community. Smith is active in legal, civic, and community organizations as well as a frequent author and lecturer of matters concerning real estate law.
