Cam joined the firm in 2011 after completing two federal clerkships. Consequently, his practice focuses on complex civil litigation, government investigations and white collar criminal defense, all of which have a federal component.
In his civil litigation practice, Cam has defended over a dozen class action cases for clients in the retail, insurance, construction, and financial services industries, both regionally and nationally. In addition, he defends healthcare companies in litigation under the False Claims Act.
Cam also assists corporate clients, both in conducting sensitive, internal investigations and also in responding to investigations conducted by federal agencies. Besides assisting in the customary aspects of an investigation, Cam has utilized technology to collect, review, organize, and then analyze substantial amounts of information in the most efficient manner possible—all while ensuring that appropriate privileges are respected.
