Chuck has extensive litigation experience in several states defending national and international corporations in product liability, employment, toxic tort, commercial, intellectual property disputes, and large personal injury cases. Although most of his cases fall into one of these categories, Chuck has also tried several other types of complex cases, including a six-week long class action price-fixing case, a racial steering case involving the sale of real estate, and a matter defending a large corporation in a case filed by its group health insurer for breach of contract and fraud. Chuck has also represented attorneys, hospitals, and architects in actions alleging malpractice.

Chuck’s recent product liability matters include defending manufacturers, distributors, component part suppliers, and retailers in cases involving allegations of defective cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, tires, building products, chemicals, food, air conditionings, boats, pharmaceuticals, and elevators. His employment trials include claims for lifetime employment, wrongful termination, and race, sex, disability, pregnancy, FMLA, and age discrimination.
Chuck just recently defended a start up corporation in a lawsuit brought by a major movie video distributor, involving claims of copyright infringement, intentional interference with contractual relations, deceptive trade practices, and breach of contract.
Chuck also acts as national trial counsel for a building products manufacturer. In that capacity, Chuck has defended cases in numerous states.
