We represent our clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract and breach of warranty actions, tortious interference and other business tort claims, non-compete cases, and actions brought under state and federal statutes such as the Alabama Deceptive Trade Practices Act or RICO. Some of our recent cases in this area include our representation of SouthTrust Bank in an action against SunTrust Bank involving claims of tortious interference, our representation of CVS Pharmacy in a dispute with one of its vendors, and our representation of Paccar in a breach of contract and fraud action against a former dealer.
