Dave’s practice focuses on economic development incentive package structuring and negotiation as well as the representation of public and private companies in connection with various corporate matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity, corporate governance, compliance with federal and state securities laws, business planning and entity formation.

Dave has extensive experience representing international manufacturing companies during their site selection and incentive negotiation process. Once a site is selected, Dave guides clients through the implementation of their new facility – from breaking ground to commencing operations.
Dave’s key areas of focus include site selection – greenfield and brownfield, incentive negotiation, cost-benefit and incentive analysis, compliance and risk management, community and governmental relations, commercial real estate transactions, contract negotiation and drafting, new industry planning and implementation, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and corporate formation.
Prior to attending law school, Dave worked as a Series 7 registered Investment Analyst for Johnson Sterling Paul Securities, Inc. where he developed institutional and individual client investment portfolios.
