Dorothy Pak has extensive experience advising health care companies in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, syndications, joint ventures, internal restructurings and financing transactions. She has particular experience representing inpatient rehabilitation facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging facilities and academic medical centers. She has advised companies on both transactional and regulatory issues.
In addition to her health care work, Dorothy maintains a general corporate practice and is heavily involved in economic development matters, representing businesses locating in Alabama in connection with the negotiation of incentives and the implementation of economic development projects.
Dorothy is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association (Health Law Section). She is also a member of the Economic Development Association of Alabama.
