Wendell Allen concentrates his practice on litigating complex disputes in both state and federal courts. A significant portion of his practice is dedicated to the representation of corporate defendants in matters involving financial services litigation, real property litigation, products liability, construction disputes and pharmaceutical cases. Wendell has tried cases across the state in these areas and litigated matters across the Southeast.

In addition to his practice, Wendell serves on the firm's Board of Governors and Recruiting Committee. He is married and has two daughters, Caroline and Sarah, and one son, Ben.
