For several years, Wendell’s practice has also involved representing clients in addressing or responding to regulatory inquiries. These services have included assisting clients in developing compliance programs in the face of new regulations or agreed-upon consent orders, as well as performing compliance reviews of third party vendors and legal service providers.

As part of his practice, Wendell leverages technology for the benefit of firm clients through an extranet through which clients have access to a dedicated firm website that allows access to documents and pleadings from multiple files. The extranet acts as a real-time, paperless file that can be accessed at all times regardless of location. Because security is a priority, the site is password protected and maintained by BABC’s Information Technology Department.
