George Parker is a member of BABC’s Litigation Practice Group. Practicing in the firm's Montgomery office, George represents clients in a variety of matters in both state and federal courts. His primary practice consists of product liability defense with a focus on drug and device litigation. He has represented pharmaceutical manufacturers in litigation across the country. He also has gained a wide range of general commercial litigation experience representing commercial real estate corporations, trucking companies, bus lines, insurance companies and their insureds, as well as multiple financial and credit institutions in matters involving credit card fraud and mortgage issues. George has also represented a restaurant chain in premises liability, product liability and employment matters. He has tried, arbitrated and mediated numerous cases for his clients.
George is active in national, state, and local bar organizations. He is the past president of the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers Section and the Montgomery County Young Lawyers Section. He is also presently serving on several ABA/TIPS committees, including the Membership, Outreach to Young Lawyers, and Business Litigation Committees.
