Jason has represented companies involved in a wide array of state, federal, and statutory law claims. His representation includes general defense of various claims against financial institutions, mortgage companies, and insurance companies. Some of these claims involve enforcement of arbitration, foreclosure proceedings, appraisal fraud, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
Jason is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association, and the Birmingham Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all State and U.S. District Courts in both Alabama and Mississippi. Further, Jason is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
