Jason Walters obtained summary judgment on the issue of coverage for plaintiff Lafayette Life in a bad faith suit against its E&O carrier for refusing to defend and indemnify Lafayette Life in sales practices litigation. Lafayette Life’s damages exceed $1 million. The case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
