He represents general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors and service contractors on public and private projects, in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies.

Jerry has drafted and negotiated contracts, teaming agreements and joint venture agreements involving public and private projects with contract values of up to $950 million on behalf of construction managers, general contractors, service contractors, subcontractors and designers. Contract types include Fixed Price, Guaranteed Maximum Price, and Cost-Reimbursable, and MATOC/IDIQ, as used on Design-Bid-Build, Design/Build and Integrated Design Bid Build (IDBB) projects.
The issues handled on behalf of companies involved in construction, and government contracting by Jerry include proposal preparation; bid protests; contract modifications, constructive changes, delay, impact and inefficiency claims; change orders; definitization proposals; construction defects; differing site conditions; acceleration; subcontractor performance; allowable costs, false claims and contractor fraud; insurance issues and claims; surety and bonding issues; bid protests; and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, Jerry was in-house counsel for Turner Construction Company, the largest general builder in the United States.
