Jim Murphy Quoted in Article, “High Court May Redraw Line on U.S. Liability for Flooding”

In a September 26, 2012, Law 360 article, Mr. Murphy, a partner in the firm’s Nashville office, commented on Arkansas Game & Fish Commission v. U.S., a case before the U.S. Supreme Court.
