John Molen focuses his practice in the areas of securities regulation and mergers and acquisitions, acting as lead counsel for numerous of the firm's clients in public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities.
In addition to his securities and transactional practice, John is a member of the firm's Healthcare Practice Group, where he serves as the lead lawyer for the firm's representation of The Children's Hospital of Alabama. John also is Vice Chair of the firm's Finance Committee.
