Joshua Phillips is a member of the litigation practice group. His practice is concentrated on litigation. His litigation experience includes complex business and commercial disputes, products liability defense, mass torts litigation, employment discrimination, and white collar criminal defense. He is admitted to practice before the state courts of Tennessee, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Prior to joining Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, Mr. Phillips worked one year as a law clerk to Chief Justice William M. Barker of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Mr. Phillips is a 2002 graduate of Duke University with a B.S. degree in Economics. He received his J.D. degree summa cum laude in 2006 from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was named to the Order of the Coif.
