Josh joined the firm in the Fall of 2008. He is an associate in the firm’s Birmingham office, where he is a member of the General Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Insurance, and Construction Practice Groups. His practice concentrates on real property and land use matters as well as representing financial institutions and insurance companies in civil litigation across the country.

Josh graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2008. While at Ole Miss he was a member of the Mississippi Law Journal. Josh also has a political science degree from Mississippi College and was actively involved in student government, including serving as a member of the executive council. He was also the recipient of the David M. Halbrook Award, which is given to the school’s top scholar athlete.
