Jo Eason assists with a wide range of business litigation matters on behalf of the firm’s corporate and individual clients. Her cases include complex commercial litigation, business disputes, insurance defense, conservatorships, and pharmaceutical regulatory disputes. She assists the firm's health care litigation with the representation of hospitals, nursing homes and other health care providers in litigation, including medical malpractice, administrative issues, professional negligence actions and regulatory compliance matters. Jo also leads the firm’s initiative to provide pro bono services to veterans through Lawyers Serving Warriors.

Jo received her law degree in May 2008 from the College of William & Mary, Marshall Wythe School of Law, where she served on the National Trial Team. While working on her law degree she also served as Notes Editor for the Journal of Women and the Law. She earned a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Health Care from Troy State University in 2003 and her undergraduate degree in Biology from the United States Air Force Academy in 1998.
