Keith Windle's primary areas of practice include real estate development and finance, commercial lending (including asset-based lending), commercial foreclosures, retail property leasing, and low-income housing investment and development.

While maintaining a general real estate practice, Keith has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to representing developers, lenders and investors involved in low-income housing tax credit projects and market-rate multi-family housing transactions.
