Since the early 1990's, a significant part of Susan's banking practice has focused on mortgage warehouse lending transactions. Susan has worked on hundreds of syndicated and non-syndicated warehouse facility deals, ranging in size from $2 million to over $1 billion and structured as lines of credit, repurchase facilities, or loan participation sale facilities.
In the corporate area, Susan uses her banking and finance background to efficiently and effectively represent corporate clients in connection with the negotiation, structuring, and closing of credit facilities of all types from commercial lenders.
Susan is often called upon to work on legal opinions on behalf of the firm's clients in connection with their financings and other business transactions and as local counsel in connection with multi-state financings and acquisitions and divestitures.
