LITIGATION ASSOCIATE – WASHINGTON D.C.
The Litigation Practice Group in our Washington D.C. office is seeking to add an associate with 2-4 years private practice experience in commercial litigation, including creditor's rights bankruptcy experience.

Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills, as well as superior academic credentials from an accredited, top tier law school. Significant and substantive writing experience involving trial court and appellate briefs is needed. Must have DC, Maryland and/or Virginia Bar membership.

HEALTH CARE ASSOCIATE – NASHVILLE, TN
The Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Health Care Practice Group is seeking to add an associate with 4-7 years of experience to our Nashville, Tennessee office. Preferred areas of expertise include (i) health care regulatory work such as Stark and anti-kickback analysis, and Medicare enrollment and billing, (ii) drafting employment, professional services and other contractual arrangements between health care providers, and (iii) working on acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactions involving health care providers.
