Preferred areas of experience are mortgage litigation and compliance, federal lending laws and regulations, including RESPA, TILA and FCRA, as well as state consumer protection claims. General defense-oriented litigation experience, especially in federal court, is also preferred. Active Florida Bar membership preferred.
