The Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation group is seeking to add an attorney with 1-3 years of experience to our Nashville, Tennessee office. Preferred areas of expertise include (i) drafting retirement plan documents (including defined benefit and defined contribution plans as well as work with pre-approved plans), (ii) drafting of nonqualified deferred compensation plans, (iii) advising clients with respect to operational issues and correction programs for retirement plans and deferred compensation plans, and (iv) advising clients regarding the laws affecting group health plans including HIPAA, COBRA, and the Affordable Care Act. Tennessee Bar membership preferred.

INSURANCE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE - Washington, DC
Our Washington, D.C. office is seeking third-to-fourth year associate to assist with complex insurance coverage matters on behalf of corporate policyholders. Candidates should be generally familiar with first- and third-party property and casualty insurance policies (including CGL, errors & omission, and directors’ and officers’ policies) and understand basic coverage concepts (such as occurrence, trigger, and allocation). Excellent analytic and writing skills a must. Candidate should also be willing to assist in other litigation practice areas as needed.
