The Litigation Practice Group in our Birmingham, Alabama office is seeking to add an associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience.  Preferred areas of expertise include financial services, products liability and general commercial litigation. Substantive writing, deposition and courtroom experience is preferred.  Florida Bar membership required.

CONSTRUCTION & PROCUREMENT/GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS - Washington, D.C.
The Construction & Procurement and Government Contracts Practice Groups in our Washington, D.C. office are seeking to add an associate with 2-4 years of private practice experience in federal government contracting.  Significant and substantive bid protesting and contract claim experience is required. Preference will be given to applicants with federal construction contract experience or training through George Washington University’s government contracts program.  BABC will consider attorneys with federal government employment experience as well.
