The Health Care Practice Group in our Nashville, Tennessee office is seeking to add an associate with 3-6 years of health care transactional or regulatory experience. Preferred areas of expertise include a strong knowledge of the business and regulatory aspects of health law, including Stark, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA, licensing and nonprofit laws. HEALTH CARE SENIOR ATTORNEY – Nashville

The Health Care Practice Group in our Nashville, Tennessee office is seeking to add a senior attorney with at least 7 years health law experience. Hospital experience preferred. The candidate must be capable of working directly with established clients with limited supervision, and willing to work a schedule ranging from 3 to 5 days per week. The position will not entail working evenings or weekends, and the work schedule can be flexible to the extent consistent with the needs of the clients. The position will focus on contract drafting for hospital clients but will occasionally involve research and transactional support.
