Laura Catherine joined the firm in 2009 as an associate in the Birmingham office. She is a member of the Corporate and Securities practice group and the Emerging Growth Company Team. In 2009, Laura Catherine received her J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law. While at law school, she served as Writing Editor on the Cumberland Law Review. Prior to law school, she graduated summa cum laude, from Auburn University with a B.A. in Public Relations.
