Lauren is a member of the firm’s Health Care team, focusing her practice on assisting clients in the health care industry in a wide range of regulatory, operational and transactional matters. More specifically, Lauren deals with regulatory issues that arise incident to healthcare mergers and acquisitions for both publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Lauren assists in advising hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, home health agencies, hospices, physician practices and other providers on a variety of both state and Federal regulatory issues, including compliance with Federal and state anti-kickback and self-referral laws.
