Nader Raja is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group. His primacy practice concentrates on representing financial institutions and mortgage companies in a variety of litigation matters. Nader has litigated cases involving the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Servicemembers’ Civil Relief Act (SCRA), as well as state law claims for breach of contract, fraud, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. He also advises financial institutions in connection with their consumer lending operations, including origination, servicing, and regulatory compliance.
Nader is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Florida.
