- Lead counsel for administrative agent and lead arranger in a $400 million syndicated revolving credit facility for a national REIT supported by a portfolio of office properties
- Represented financial institution in resolution of defaulted builder lines in excess of $156 million
- Represented administrative agent and lead arranger in syndicated corporate loan facilities in excess of $1.2 billion
- Advised lead bank in connection with $70 million distressed shopping center project and related relationships with participant banks
- Represented financial institution in settlement of $25 million defaulted loan secured by a multi-family project
- Lead counsel to administrative agent and lead arranger in analyzing and amending $100 million syndicated credit facility for a home builder and developer in connection with a defaulting lender
- Lead counsel to administrative agent and collateral agent in restructuring, and subsequent foreclosure on, residential condominium project securing an $80 million credit facility
- Represented financial institution in closing of $128 million in new multifamily construction loan facilities
- Advised client in settlement agreements resolving over $40 million in outstanding distressed commercial real estate loans
