Pat Moskal has more than 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer handling business and commercial litigation. She has a particular focus in state and local tax litigation, appellate litigation, and government contracts and bid protests. She also has significant experience with class action, contracts and business disputes, insurance litigation, real estate litigation, and municipal law matters. Pat has successfully represented clients at every level of the state and federal court systems, including the Tennessee Court of Appeals and Supreme Court and the federal Courts of Appeals.

Pat Moskal has more than 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer handling business and commercial litigation. She has a particular focus in state and local tax litigation, appellate litigation, and government contracts and bid protests. She also has significant experience with class action, contracts and business disputes, insurance litigation, real estate litigation, and municipal law matters. Pat has successfully represented clients at every level of the state and federal court systems, including the Tennessee Court of Appeals and Supreme Court and the federal Courts of Appeals.

State and Local Tax (SALT) Litigation: Pat represents business taxpayers in a wide range of industries in connection with their Tennessee tax disputes, including franchise and excise taxes, sales and use taxes, insurance taxes, petroleum taxes, local real property and personal property taxes, and state tax credits and exemptions.

Appellate Litigation: Pat has argued cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, and has argued and/or authored briefs in cases before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits. She also has authored several amicus curiae briefs in cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.

Government Contracts and Bid Protests: Pat represents a variety of clients that conduct business with state and local governments in connection with their contract procurements and bid protest matters and other litigation against governmental entities.
