Hope is a litigator who enjoys working with her clients to get cases ready for trial. She is comfortable handling general fraud cases to handling more complex litigation. In more complex cases, she has worked with clients to arrive at cost-effective means to produce, organize and review millions of pages of documents, both electronically and in hard copy format, keeping privilege issues in mind at all times. In that regard, Hope has counseled several clients on how to effectively protect and guard against inadvertent disclosure or waiver of information protected by the work product and attorney-client privileges.
