His antitrust representation has involved both criminal and civil litigation and, most recently, has expanded to become multi-national in scope. In that capacity, he was charged with developing general scientific and medical defenses and overseeing the work of local counsel in numerous jurisdictions. As part of broadly advancing interests of controversial industries like tobacco and asbestos, Ed has been involved with petitioning legislative and regulatory bodies at all levels of government.
