Kyle D. Neal is an associate on the litigation team specializing in trial litigation and counseling. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, products liability litigation, and environmental litigation. He has represented clients in commercial contract litigation, construction disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, CERCLA litigation, toxic tort litigation and a variety of other matters. Kyle has litigated matters in state and federal court, and resolved matters favorably through mediation, arbitration and favorable verdicts.

Prior to law school, Kyle attended University College at Oxford University on a Rotary Scholarship and earned a Masters of Studies degree in Modern History for his studies related to Anglo-American relations in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. Kyle is an avid Alabama football fan and spends his spare time traveling and hiking with his fiancee, Erin, and puppy, Eleanor Roosevelt. He was a Torchbearer in the 1996 Olympic Games.
