Jim Stewart has extensive experience with private investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and complex business structuring and formation. Jim regularly works with start-up, growing and mature businesses across a variety of industries, including healthcare IT, software, life sciences and other businesses that derive a competitive advantage from their proprietary technologies. Jim also represents clients in many other industries, including the publishing, outdoor products, retail, aviation and real estate industries.
