In addition to transactional work, Paul has significant experience advising public and private companies and their boards of directors on fiduciary and corporate governance matters and ongoing securities and reporting obligations.

Paul serves on the board of Studio by the Tracks, a non-profit organization that provides art instruction to children and adults with autism. He is an artist himself, having participated recently in solo and group shows in Atlanta, Birmingham, Knoxville and Manchester, New Hampshire. One of Paul's paintings was presented to Archbishop Desmond Tutu following a civil rights address in Birmingham in 2002, and in Spring 2006 he exhibited an installation sponsored by the Andy Warhol Foundation.
