Revelle Gwyn’s practice reflects Huntsville’s nationally-recognized technology community and includes representing and mentoring emerging technology, federal contractor, and life sciences companies and mid-sized privately-held enterprises. Her extensive experience includes formulating technology development strategies and technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions, federal procurement of intellectual property, licensing, sales, and acquisition transactions in Europe and China, ITAR and other export compliance matters, client counseling and training for cross border business transactions, and private equity offerings. In addition, she provides business counseling and representation to private physician practices and private health care providers focusing on practice growth and business transactions.

For more than three decades, Revelle has engaged in the rescue and renovation of historic 18th and 19th century structures in several states, including an award-winning 19th century Gothic-Italianate townhouse. She also is an avid gardener and revels in all things Madeira – its viticulture and history and, of course, its drinking!
