Outside of bankruptcy Jenny has transactional experience negotiating and documenting out of court work-outs, restructurings and sales, and litigation experience pursuing pre- and post-judgment creditor remedies, including receivership, garnishment, attachment, seizure and injunctive relief.

After graduating from law school, Jenny served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas B. Bennett, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Alabama.
