Quin Evans Segall joined the firm's Montgomery office in the fall of 2007. She is an associate in the Public Finance Practice Group where she focuses on serving as bond counsel in tax exempt public financing.
Quin is also a member of the firm's Real Estate Litigation Practice Group. Her litigation practice focuses on representing institutional landowners and real estate companies in ad valorem property tax disputes, in commercial leasing disputes, in disputes with ownership associations, and in employment disputes. Her experience also includes state court probate litigation and fair housing litigation.
