Rose has broad experience in the communications industry, representing various voice, data and video providers, including those implementing next generation technologies. Prior to joining the firm, Rose enjoyed a diverse career in the telecommunications industry, ranging from a wireless entrepreneur, to the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Birch Telecom to in house counsel for the Sprint Nextel Corporation. Rose has a strong understanding of the technical, operational and regulatory aspects of a communications provider’s business, including extensive experience with state and federal regulators governing them. Rose has drafted and negotiated hundreds of complex telecommunications connectivity agreements and has a working understanding of the technical criteria that comprise the same. In addition, Rose has advocated on behalf of many communications providers before legislative and regulatory bodies impacting them.
Experience
Rose has represented clients before nearly every state public utility commission in the lower 48 states. She has also handled hundreds of technically complex contract negotiations and settlements on behalf of communications providers. Rose represents clients in the following industries: Cable, Telecommunications, Voice over Internet Protocol.
