Rudy joined the firm in 2011 as an associate in the Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups. Rudy is a registered patent attorney, and he assists clients in obtaining, managing, and protecting patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret rights. He also represents businesses and individuals in federal and state courts in a wide variety of technology related disputes. Rudy also handles a variety of other civil litigation, including commercial, pharmaceutical, product liability, construction, energy, and insurance matters.
