Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Charlotte attorney Ryan L. Beaver has been named vice chair of the Supplier/Service Advisory Counsel to the Board of Directors of the Carolinas Associated General Contractors (CAGC) for 2013. Beaver is an associate in the firm’s Construction and Litigation practice groups.
The CAGC represents contractors and construction-related firms in North Carolina and South Carolina, and serves as a chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America and the American Road & Transportation Builders Association. The board’s Supplier/Service Advisory Council offers a forum for input by suppliers and service companies.

Beaver focuses his practice on large public and private commercial construction disputes. He has extensive experience in representing contractors, subcontractors and sureties in various state and federal courts, as well as private arbitrations. Beaver also assists clients in drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
Beaver earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. He has a B.A, cum laude, from Wake Forest University.
