Ms. Gwyn’s broad experience spans technology acquisition, disposition, licensing, and collaborative development and research activities, as well as international technology transfer and cross-border transactions (such as joint ventures in Europe and China). These transactions involve basic and applied research by emerging and mature companies and research institutions.
Her practice reflects Huntsville’s nationally-recognized technology community where she handles cyber security matters and works with federal contractors (including small disadvantaged businesses) and technology development and research projects (including SBIR/STTRs). She regularly speaks at “round table” meetings and annual seminars sponsored by the North Alabama International Trade Association.
Revelle Gwyn is a founding member of Cyber Huntsville (and its predecessors, the Huntsville Cyber Initiative and the Mayor of Huntsville Cyber Task Force), a non-profit corporation that focuses on research, design, and engineering and related technical requirements, integration standards, and work force education and training. The focus of Cyber Huntsville is not limited to the north Alabama area, but includes national and regional cyber security and critical infrastructure protection and resilience.
