Sam Lipshie spoke before the ABA Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries in Nashville, TN at the new Belmont University College of Law on September 14, 2012. Mr. Lipshie presented on the topics of litigation trends and developments and practical tips in entertainment litigation before about 70 attendees, primarily from New York, the East Coast and California.
The ABA Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries has about 4000 members, and is the only national bar association organization that includes lawyers in the entertainment, sports, and arts fields from across the country.
