Scott assists clients on a variety of transactional matters involving health care systems, hospitals, clinics, and physician groups. In addition to commercial transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, Scott works closely with health care providers on regulatory and operational matters and patient care legal issues.

Scott graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, with a Concentration in Business law. While in law school, Scott served as a Note & Comment Editor of the Minnesota Law Review.
