Travis Lloyd is a member of the firm’s health care practice group. Travis provides counsel to a broad range of health care industry clients on a wide variety of regulatory matters in the context of both day-to-day operations and business transactions. He has represented hospitals and health systems, cancer care centers, imaging centers, and physician practices, among others, and has significant experience in the areas of fraud and abuse, health information privacy and security, provider enrollment and reimbursement, and medical staff affairs, as well as in the licensure and accreditation of health care facilities.
Prior to joining Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, Travis practiced with Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville and Buerger, Moseley & Carson in Franklin, Tennessee. Travis graduated cum laude from Davidson College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law. Travis also holds a master’s degree in public health from Harvard University, where his work focused on health law and policy. While in law school, Travis served as an extern to Justice P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia and as a research assistant to several law professors.
