Stan Gregory has extensive experience in general obligation and special revenue financings for Alabama counties and cities as well as with public agency borrowing and the loan programs of the Rural Development division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He has served as bond counsel in a broad variety of financings, including those involving variable rate debt, derivatives, forward delivery agreements and credit enhancement.

In the tax arena, Stan has extensive experience in state and local taxation, especially in regard to Alabama's complex ad valorem property tax system. His governmental affairs work includes representation of clients before regulatory agencies, preparation of bills for introduction in federal, state and local legislative bodies, and advice to clients respecting the impact of pending legislation.
