Whitt is an associate in the firm's Birmingham office. He is a member of the Life Sciences Industry Team as well as the Litigation Practice Group. His practice spans a wide range of civil matters in state and federal courts around the country. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York, where, as a member of the Litigation Department, he gained experience in general commercial, antitrust, securities, professional liability, and labor and employment matters.

Prior to law school, Whitt served in the White House Office of Presidential Advance. He also worked with the 55th Presidential Inaugural Committee and served on the staff of United States Senator Richard Shelby.
