Brian Rowlson is a Florida Board Certified construction attorney representing developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, lenders, and suppliers throughout Florida and North Carolina on a wide range of projects, including highway construction (design-build and public private partnerships), commercial and residential vertical projects, and wastewater equipment and facilities. In his construction practice, Brian regularly handles contract review and negotiation, lien and bond claims, construction defect issues, and the resolution of construction disputes in state and federal court and in arbitration. In addition to his construction practice, he also routinely handles state and federal court appeals throughout Florida and North Carolina pertaining to a wide variety of legal issues and practice areas.

Brian was born and raised in the Tampa, Florida area, and graduated (cum laude) from Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity. Prior to attending law school, Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University, and later obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida with specialization areas in Finance, Organizational Management, and Management of Information Systems. While in graduate school, Brian gained invaluable construction accounting experience working for a firm that frequently conducted audits and reviews for construction and real estate clients in the west central Florida area.

Brian is a member of the Florida and North Carolina bars, and is active in a number of construction trade and community organizations.
